Beautiful Ghandruk Village

 
I am Aita and I love to travel and visit new places. This painting is of Ghandruk village. Ghandruk is a village development committee in the Kaski District of the Gandaki Province of Nepal. Ghandruk is a common place for treks in the Annapurna range of Nepal. The majestic peaks of Mt Annapurna, Mt Machapuchare, Gangapurna and Mt Hiunchuli can be seen from the village. Beautiful sunrises can also be seen from here early in the morning. Gurung communities comprise the major inhabitants of the village. I hear that many people go there to visit on their vacation. Ghandruk is a very famous place for trekking and spending holidays. One day, I really wanted to go to visit Ghandruk village and see the beauty of those majestic mountains. I want to visit the Gurung Cultural museum and see the way of people living there. Gurung people have unique culture, rites, and rituals which are different from other communities. The houses are in typical design and colors. Ghandruk is a top tourist destination so the local people at Ghandruk make their living by running hotels, lodges, and doing as a porter.
